Returns & Refunds Policy

GAV-LLC processes payments for professional services pursuant to written service agreements between clients and the applicable service provider.

All payments are subject to the terms of the signed engagement or service agreement governing the underlying services.

1. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees, including priority or expedited consultations, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Rescheduling policies, if applicable, are governed by the confirmation or scheduling terms provided at the time of booking.

2. Flat Fees and Earned Fees

Certain flat fees may be designated in the applicable service agreement as earned upon receipt. Such fees are not refundable once earned, except as required by applicable law or professional responsibility rules.

3. Retainers and Advance Fees

Advance fees or retainers are handled in accordance with applicable professional conduct and trust accounting requirements. Any unearned portion of an advance fee may be refundable as determined under the governing service agreement and applicable law.

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge has been made in error, you must notify us in writing within fourteen (14) days of the charge by contacting:

We will review the matter in accordance with the applicable agreement and governing policies.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve a concern may delay resolution and may require us to provide documentation of the signed agreement and services rendered.

6. Modifications

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. The version in effect at the time of payment governs that transaction.
